Naturally both our properties are fully air conditioned.

Access to the resort facilities at Windsor Hills Resort is secured via a Guest "Prox" card.
To obtain a card, visit the Windsor Hills Resort Welcome Desk located in the clubhouse sundry shop. Each card requires a $5 deposit (refundable upon return) and will be good for the duration of your stay. Use of all community facilities is subject to the community guidelines which will be provided to you when receiving your resort "prox" card. Other than needing a card to gain entrance to the pool and clubhouse facilities, the playground, clubhouse, tennis / golf / basketball / volleyball courts, are all completely free for you to use as you see fit!  When you arrive you can turn on any of the TVs to channel 21, the Windsor Hills Resort information channel to find out any current news or special announcements. Rental sports equipment and balls are available in the Windsor Hills Resort clubhouse / sundry shop for a small deposit fee (the rental itself is free).

The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, ice maker, microwave oven and an electric stove as well as a toaster and a coffee maker. In the laundry area You will find a washer and dryer as well as an iron and iron board.

We do not provide BBQs in our homes due to the problems involved in keeping them clean and stocked with propane, however, our management company does rent them out to guests on a weekly basis.

You will find a king-size bed in the master bedrooms, a queen-size bed in the JR master bedroom and two twin beds in the other bedrooms. See table below for dimensions

The Cable TV gives You more than fifty channels to choose from. All bedrooms and the family room has a TV set.

As our guest You will have access to the house from 4 pm (16:00) the day of Your arrival. We kindly ask You to vacate the property no later than 10 am (10:00) on Your day of departure. 

The house is cleaned after the departure of each guest by the management company. Linens and towels are changed between every guest. This is included in the rates.

The coffee maker is there for You to brew Your own coffee whenever You like.

For your convenience the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.

In the laundry area You will find both a washer and tumble drier

The family room features a DVD-player. It will play Region 1 DVDs (USA & Canada).

Florida as well as the rest of USA uses 110 V / 60 Hz. Please take this into consideration if You bring any electrical devices.

In case of an emergency the house is equipped with a fire extinguisher.

The house has both a fridge and a large freezer with an icemaker.

There is a small Sundry Shop in the Windsor Hills Resort Clubhouse. You will find a Publix supermarket located 2 miles West of Old Lake Wilson Road on Hwy 192 and a Winn-Dixie at Formosa Gardens Plaza, just West of Old Lake Wilson Road on Hwy 192.

Each Bathroom has a hair dryer.

We provide only a "starter" quantity of hand soap and toilet tissue. Each bathroom is equipped with small hotel soap and 1 roll of toilet tissue. If you are staying more than a couple of days, you will want to purchase additional supplies.

Both our properties has a High Chair.

The home is defined as "self-catering". The home will be cleaned fully prior to your arrival and will be cleaned upon your departure. Further maid service can be supplied for an additional fee.

Free High-Speed Internet access is provided including wireless

An iron and iron board is at Your disposal throughout Your stay.

We have a "key less" lock. Just drive directly to the house and enter your unique code. Instructions  will be given to you when we have received the final payment.

For those of You who wish to cook Your own meals, the kitchen is equipped with an electric stove with a full size oven and hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, icemaker, coffee maker and toaster as well as a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and house wares.

The pool area is furnished with comfortable pool furniture.

In the laundry area You will find both a washer and dryer together with an iron and iron board.

You will be provided with a sufficient amount of linens and towels on arrival. They are changed after the departure of each guest.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven.

The vehicle can be parked outdoors on the driveway. Commercial vehicles, campers, mobile homes, recreational vehicles, motor homes, house trailers, trailers are not permitted to be parked in Windsor Hills.

We have a professional pest control company to provide pest control prevention both inside and outside of the home on a regular basis.  They also are on call should there ever be a need or problem.

Through courtesy to those allergic no animals of any kind are allowed in the property.

Both our properties has a PlayStation 2.

The house has a fully screened private pool with a removable pool fence for added safety. The Safety fence has an opening with a child proof lock.

If You wish the pool to be really warm, please order us to turn on the pool heating. There is an additional charge for pool heating, please see Rates & Reservations

We have a professional pool maintenance company that cares for the pool and equipment every week.  Every week it is vacuumed out by them / etc as needed, they are on call via our management company should you have any problems or issues with the pool.

Maingate Transportation offers shuttle service from Windsor Hills to Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet 'n Wild and Orlando Premium Outlets. Times depends on the season. Please call them on (407) 870-5553 for updated times, prices and reservations.
